- will be sourcing Candidates using Direct Search, among other methods,
- will lead the recruitment process - from creating and publishing advertisements, through sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to making offers and organizing the process of introducing a new person to the company,
- will be passionate about building and nurturing positive relationships with candidates in the spirit of Empower Others,
- will co-create and implement actions in the field of Employer Branding,
- will share ideas on how to optimize and develop processes in the area of People & Culture.

- have experience in end-to-end recruiting in the IT industry,
- care about process quality, relationship building and Candidate Experience,
- recruitment talks are your everyday practice, and a day without direct search is a lost day for you :),
- are proficient in using recruitment tools (X-Ray Search, Boolean Search),
- know recruitment metrics and use data to improve your recruitment processes,
- are able to use the potential of social media in the recruitment process,
- communicate freely in English,
- additionally, it's nice if you've conducted Employer Branding activities,
- you like working, putting ideas into practice and you want to work with people who like what they do :)
