Decreasing inclusivity and low awareness of company values among the employees.

Decathlons’ dynamic growth results in increasing number of new employees. Ongoing events carries specific problems with an organisation culture. The new staff members were not familiar with the company values and current situation. The company identity was introduced only during onboarding process, without further communication.

App that keeps employee up-to-date with company identity and values. The Newsletter is an internal tool that nurtures company values among the employees. The mobile app delivers news about regional and international initiatives as well as inspiring articles on a daily basis. The app has been designed specifically for mobile devices, to make sure the company knowledge is easily accessible for every staff member.


App became a daily source of company’s news for 500 Decathlon workers. The app has been downloaded over 500 times. Thanks to the regullary delivered news the app helps to broaden the knowledge about the company. Insider became a main source of informations about company’s activities among younger generation of workers.

Client’s perspective

Timeliness is one of the most important qualities for me when working with external companies.

I enjoyed working on the Insider project with Inwedo, as they understood the importance of timely deliveries. I had most contact with Marta, the Product Owner, who always made sure I was up-to-date on progress.
